You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
One person may not maintain more than one active account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Purchases of coins, packages, or premium features are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

All content on the platform — including quiz questions, design, trademarks, and software — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time via your Privacy Centre.
